An ongoing online supervision group for therapists and mental health professionals from different therapeutic orientations, aimed at deepening clinical practice through experiential, relational, and integrative exploration.<\/strong><\/p> Participants will have the opportunity to bring clinical material for supervision and actively engage in the group’s collective learning process.<\/b><\/p> Since 2012, Michael Soth has been facilitating Continuing Professional Development (CPD) groups for counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches, and other mental health professionals. The proposed group combines ongoing supervision with experiential and theoretical professional development within a stable, relationally oriented framework. <\/p> Unlike one-off workshops or conferences, an ongoing group provides a more consistent learning environment in which new knowledge can gradually be integrated into everyday clinical practice. The repeated meetings of the same participants create a deeper relational container, within which professional development gains continuity, depth, and personal meaning. <\/p> The group is cross-disciplinary and integrative, bringing humanistic, psychodynamic, and body-oriented traditions into dialogue. Standalone training events can be valuable, but their impact often fades quickly, and learning can remain fragmented. <\/p> In contrast, an ongoing supervision group provides a stable framework in which participants get to know one another more deeply, follow the development of their clinical work, and integrate new knowledge more meaningfully into their practice. The diversity of therapeutic approaches and styles within the group further enriches the learning experience. <\/p> The group is based on experiential supervision. Participants take turns bringing clinical material for exploration, presenting specific cases and therapeutic dilemmas.
